REMEDiS Security

Biohacking Village @ DEF CON 34

The Biohacking Village security research program gives vetted researchers a structured, legally protected channel to responsibly disclose vulnerabilities in medical devices directly to participating manufacturers. All submissions are triaged by a dedicated PSIRT team.

Participating Manufacturers

Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Philips, Roche, Siemens Healthineers, MiniMed (Medtronic Diabetes), BD (Becton Dickinson), Omnicell, and Solventum — with devices contributed to the on-site Device Lab.

Rules of Engagement

Research must be conducted on designated bench equipment. No access to live clinical environments, PHI, or production hospital networks. All findings submitted via this portal.

Safe Harbor

Good-faith research within scope is protected. Researchers receive credit in CVE records and may be recognised in the hall of fame.
